KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Nearing the end of the regular season and dealing with injuries, Avila tennis lost on Saturday to Bethany. The men lost 7-0 while the women fell 6-1.

Avila women's #3 singles win came from Alaeyah Chleborad, who took down her opponent, 6-7 (4), 6-0, 10-6.

On the men's side, the Eagles got a #2 doubles victory from Hayden Carillo and Tristan Houchin, winning 6-4.

Avila is back in action on Monday, traveling to Leavenworth to battle Saint Mary at 1:30 PM.
