TENNIS FALLS TO OKLAHOMA WESLEYAN

BARTLESVILLE, Okla. – Facing another tough KCAC test on Wednesday, Avila men's and women's tennis lost 7-0 to Oklahoma Wesleyan.

There were many close matches for both programs on Wednesday, and the women got their day off to a strong start.

The Avila women got a big #1 doubles victory from Dani Jean-Louise and Emma Koenigseder, 6-4.

For the men, the #1 and #2 doubles teams made it close, both losing 6-7.

In #3 singles, Hayden Carillo made it to the second-set tiebreaker, losing 4-6, 6-7 (6).

The Eagles are back at home on Saturday to take on Bethany from the Plaza Tennis Center beginning at 1 PM.
