BARTLESVILLE, Okla. - Nearing the end of the regular season, Avila baseball lost at Oklahoma Wesleyan on Friday afternoon, 23-2.
OKWU put up runs in five of its six innings at bat as Avila was only able to score two runs in the fourth inning.
Oklahoma Wesleyan hit five home runs and Avila was unable to get its bats going.
Caden Stillwell and Dylan Atherton crossed the plate for the visiting Eagles today.
The two teams will meet for a doubleheader on Saturday beginning at 12 PM.
